This is a 26 year old modified roof system on one of our local schools.  This roof was at the end of its life cycle.  It had split seams, blisters, alligator cracking and rusted duct work around all of the mechanical units. This roof had been patched many times by the schools maintenance team but the roof continued to develop leaks.

By installing a silicone system we saved the school over sixty thousand dollars compared to a TPO roof system and restored this 15,000 sf roof with a 20 year warranty.
