This 22 year old modified roof system is the second roof on a local industrial building.  This old modified roof had the typical split seams, blisters and alligator cracking.

By installing a silicone roof system we were able save this business over seventy five thousand dollars compared to tearing off the roof and installing a TPO roof system.  We were able to restore this second layer of roof and give the owners a new 20 year warranty.
