This is a modified roof on one of our local schools. Modified roof was power washed.  Blistered areas were cut out and primer was applied to the entire roof.  All penetrations were treated with trowel grade silicone.  Polyurea was applied to all seams and 38 mils of silicone was applied to the entire roof.
